What do I do if I have not received my order?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I absolutely hate when this happens. Please fill out the form above or reach out to me at abflocreative@gmail.com with an image of the damage, and I would be happy to send a replacement.

What are your terms and conditions related to a custom design project?

- **Payment Terms:** A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment will be discussed and agreed upon before any project begins. -

**Project Timeline:** AbFloCreative will provide an estimated timeline for project completion during the initial consultation. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to client feedback or additional revisions.-

**Revisions:** Our standard package includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate specified in the contract.-

**Intellectual Property:** Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to final design files for personal use only (unless written consent is given). Design files cannot be used to make money. AbFloCreative retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.-

**Confidentiality:** We respect our clients' confidentiality and will not disclose any project details without prior consent.-

**Cancellation Policy:** If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, the client is responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date and will be invoiced accordingly.-

**Client Responsibilities:** Clients are required to provide timely feedback and any necessary materials to avoid delays. Failure to do so can affect the project timeline and may incur additional costs.

What are your terms and conditions related to your website, artworks, and design?

At AbFloCreative, we take intellectual property very seriously, especially concerning our pre-made designs. When you purchase a pre-made design from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal or commercial purposes. However, this license strictly excludes the rights to resell, sublicense, or distribute the design, either as-is or in a modified form. The original copyright of the design remains with AbFloCreative, ensuring that our joyful art, design, and illustrations maintain their unique identity and quality.
